QOTD: I hate when my teenager says "sick"...as in "that show is sick"...or "that outfit is sick".  I am officially an old lady   GET OFF MY LAWN

My up/down, up/down weight crap is ******g me off, once again.  Am I in maintenance?  Is my body done?  Do I sound like a broken record?    When you all get sick of my *****ing, just let me know and I will STFU!

Stalls stink... and the closer you are to goal the harder it is to get some movement. I know you have been doing this all liquid and one meal thing for awhile... I don't know if it is just in my mind, but I usually found stalls broke when I changed up my menu and ate something with fat. As in really good fat... I think we forget we need that too. maybe try something different on the weekend... Just a thought.

Yeah I eat my meals on weekends, the shakes don't work on weekends for me, just during the work week.  I gain weight every weekend it seems, ugh

I feel the same way, thank God I have an appointment today.  I really need to find out just what is going on.  I can't be done, I want to lose at least another 20 lbs.

My surgeon's office wanted me done 55 lbs ago, so they are NO HELP.  I just got into a healthy BMI and they are using words like "under weight" and "sickly"  UGH  Jerks
