Good morning!
Six weeks out. Menu today- 50 grams protein supp (syntrax nectar plus water),
m1: 1 scrambled egg w sprinkling of cheese
m2: carbmaster yogurt
m3: half TJ chili lime chicken burger
QOTD- my least favorite word is Wiener. I absolutely hate the word. It's ok when referring to a frankfurter. But please, please, please do not use it to refer to the male anatomy. ANY other euphemism for male anatomy is just fine with me. Just not the "w" word!

Forgot my QOTD: I hate how we use the word "empower" for everything referring to women. "Empowering women to get mammograms" "Empowering women to be informed on issues"... You never hear about men being "Empowered to get a prostate exam"! It's demeaning and stupid.
^feminist rant over^

Morning Gang! AV I am a super duper HUGE fan of pumpkin spice anything, give your co worker a hug from me just for being wonderful to share the k-cups of pumpkin spice yummy coffee pods of love! LOL LOL
QOTD: I hate, despise, abhor the word "Piss", as in "I gotta take a piss", it just sounds so vulgar, I really can't stand the word.
Two full days left of this glorious vacation and then we drive home on Saturday BOO HOO!!! Yesterday was an awesome day and I have lots of fun pics, please tell me if I am bugging you guys with all my FL pics and I will stop!! We went shopping at Target yesterday (and multiple other stores) and I feel like I need one of everything at Target, we are actually going back its just such great deals and stuff we can't get in Canada (sorry for sounding like a broken record my American friends!) ha ha ha
Eats for the day: breakfast was left over steak (from dinner last night), lunch is left over ribs (from two nights ago) and dinner is up in the air, thinking somewhere to get a good burger. Light & Fit as snacks, hey Emiepie (Kelly) the Coconut flavor is outstanding! Lots of coffee and water with cranberry juice. Vits are done, calcium on alarms. 5km run on the beach done, going shopping and will be swimming later. Oh trying boogie boarding in the ocean later, wish me luck! LOL LOL
Pics from yesterday... me at Target, yes I really made hubby take a pic of me in front of Target, I love that store so much! Next is dinner from last night, Surf & Turf, it was the daily special, its was OUTSTANDING!! I ate half the steak and a quarter of the lobster, it was heaven, took the rest home for leftovers. We had a phenomenal waiter and it just made the whole dinner experience so much fun, laughing with the waiter and chatting. Next pic is of me with a flower in my hair, I have no idea what kind of flower, it was off this tree I walked by as we were on our way back to the car and I just did it for fun and then hubby said "stop, I need to take a pic", that happens a lot as he always has his Nikon camera with him.
