QOTD:
Supershopper- I'm thrifty, so I came up with this user name. I use it for a lot of things. My husband will say I'm cheap not thrifty.
More liquids but I'm on countdown- its almost time to eat 'actual' food on Friday.
Went to mixed free yoga last night- downward dog is the devil- after about 3 of them I was over it- my upper body needs some strengthening! Also- I was one of the oldest people in the class- all college students and one other lady that might have been a bigger mess than me. The teacher said I did really well though so yay!
Going to get my hair trimmed at the tech school today- yes I'm allowing them to cut my hair. Plus it is just about an inch cutoff so hopefully they won't mess it up.
My DH is out for 2 or so weeks after next week of school. I'm so jealous!
5k is Sunday and saturday we are going to sister in laws house to visit. I'm making that turkey lasagna with spaghetti squash
Sorry, QOTD. Grim Travellers is a song title, from Bruce ****burn. I was listening to it when I set up my profile on OH. I'm a huge fan, and have seen him in concert many times. I'd like to think I'm not especially Grim, it just seemed like a convenient name.
For the record, his next song after Grim Travellers was Rocket Launcher. That would probably have seemed inappropriate. Or boastful.

Saw Bruce ****burn in an Ikea in Toronto. He was in the food sections buying candy, just like any other brilliant songwriter would do.

Good morning AV, and all I have to say about your hubby's comment is OH HELL NO! I swear, if my husband ever said that to me he would have to duck and run. We both work full time outside of the home, we both contribute to the household, which means we both buy our common things and we are both responsible for the upkeep of said things. that being said, my hubby does my laundry and the dishes and cleans the toilets. AND he just bought me a new purse yesterday, which I found on the table when I got home from work. I will admit to being slightly spoiled, lol.
QOTD: Well, I'm not that creative I guess, lol. My username is my name, and the number is my phone extension at work. I feel like I am more creative than that, but it really shows that I'm just lazy.
Here's my plan for the day:
Almost 9 months since surgery
B: 1 egg omelet with bell peppers, onions and velveeta with 2 slices of bacon (I was hungry this morning) and a coffee with cream and splenda.
L: Shrimp salad with some mini sweet bell peppers
D: TJs chicken sausage and some sort of veggies
S: 1/4c whole fat cottage cheese with fresh strawberries and `1/2 serving of shrimp salad (the rest of it)
Totals:

Have a great day everyone!

AV, what is going on with Matt? I mean really? What is really ******g him off, you know a lot of people don't know how to handle stress and they lash out and take it out on loved ones, do you think he is stressing about something, the Scout trip this weekend maybe? Sorry you are going through this, and yes a weekend to yourself is obviously very much needed!!!
Oh your dinner sounds awesome, I so stealing that when I get back home!!!!!
Please don't kill anyone, I am not sure in Jail how much computer time you will get and who will start our menu thread every day!!!!! LOL
QOTD: Daisydoo02 is Daisy is my nickname EVERYONE calls me (except my Mom & Dad and that's a long story I won't bore you with) and doo cuz daisydoo just seemed cute to me and 02 because that is my hubby and my favorite number, all his baseball jersey's have "02" on them.
Vacation is still amazing, I may have got too much sun yesterday, my chest might look a little like Neapolitan ice cream right now, you know vanilla is my non tanned white skin, strawberry is my nice burned skin and chocolate is my nice tanned brown skin its quite funny! Just got back from our 5km run on the beach, just having breakfast and then going out to lie on the beach and swim in the condo complex pool. Today's agenda, is sun & fun and then more shopping, going back to Target, going to Ross for Less (ANNY!!!!), Sports Authority and then dinner out at the local fish place, and going mini golfing tonight!!
Eats are left overs from dinner last night (steak), lunch is out running around, will find something like tuna or chicken salad, and dinner tonight is the fish place again, probably do salmon. Light & Fit are snacks and some chips & salsa. Lots of coffee, water & cranberry juice. vits are done, calcium is on alarms.
Here are a few fun pics First one is from our Rib joint we went to the other night, its a 2-3 minute walk from the condo, we got take out and brought it back. The ribs are outstanding, we got to full racks of St. Louis ribs, and I mean outstanding. The place is called "Slown Low." You get a crap ton of "sides" as you can see, I just eat the ribs, and there is so much left over we get like 8 meals out of these two!! Next pic is sunrise this morning over the water, hubby was up at 5:30am (who does that on vacation right????) and last pic is a beautiful palm tree right out front of our condo. For a Canadian girl, palm trees are exciting!! LOL LOL
Happy Hump day all!!!
