I've only ever been able to find them at one store, so now I bulk order them on Amazon :) They are neither cracker nor chip... They are a hard crunchy circle (think large Cheerio).

thx JB, I will keep looking while I am down here otherwise I will see if Amazon will ship it to Canada, there is a lot of food they won't ship to Canada so will see
I had gotten Cheese-O's on Amazon. Was surprised to see them in-person at a Sprouts grocery the other day. I had not seen at Missouri Target - will have to look!
I have also found "Parmesan Cheese WHISPS" (noticed someone had them in their menu the other day too) at COSTCO. Wonderful little suckers - so good. It takes willpower to portion them out. So the advantage to the Cheese-O's is pre-portioned bags.
They sell Mr. Cheese Os at the Low Carb Canada store on Birchmount Rd. in Toronto. They have different flavours. It's like Moon Cheese, but in an O shape.

Hi Kristen and Everyone! Sorry you're having another sucky day, AV.
QOTD: How did you come up with your user name? Mine, Kakesie, is a childhood nickname that my family still calls me. They call me KK or Kakesie. (If we've already had this question then someone else come up with something better, please).
Menu: egg, Protein shake, cottage cheese, chicken breast w/ mashed potatoes & gravy, string cheese, greek yogurt.
Have a great day everybody!
