Good morning.  I agree with Melissa.  My husband's stuff would be out of "my" refrigerator!  I've now made it through my first two scheduled pills of the day.  Hopefully my day stays calm and I can stick to my schedule.  Which cost me a dinner, by the way . . . I bribed a friend to create my schedule . . . I could use the $100 from yesterday's QOTD!

KQOTD:  I'm soooo boring.  Stacy is my first name, and RG stands for my middle initial and last name.  I'm so not creative when it comes to screen names.

Here's my plan:

B: Turkey, Pesto and Cheese.  Homemade latte with 4oz of Fairlife milk   

L: Chicken Thigh meat (4 oz) and steamed carrots and broccoli

D: Hamburger patty, grilled onions and a slice of cheese

S: Light and fit and sliced ham if needed

Totals: Cal.: 981; Protein: 102g: Fat: 49g (high but I'm too tired to change my menu); Carbs: 22g

That was a given!  She lives out in Hermosa Beach, so I think a nice fish dinner will be part of the plan on Friday night.

Good afternoon all! 

QOTD: Old nickname is Charlie (short for Charlene) and trying to find the old me again.

Been MIA because this 9 day liquid diet is kicking my butt. I feel weak, nauseous, and I have this nasty taste in my mouth no matter what I do. Cynthia (NYmom...) told me it is Ketosis from the lack of carbs and told me to make sure I am drinking plenty of water, which I am. Today is day four...almost half way there! I keep ending up in calorie deficit but trying to get my 1000 calorie in.

B: protein shake and chicken broth

L: protein shake and beef broth

D: Yougurt w/ protein powder

S: SF Popsicles, 1 extra protein shake ( to get to my calorie count), and more broth.

Real exciting stuff here, lol!
