This is general info, but I imagine the interaction effects stay the same no matter how your insides are arranged.

I take my chewable multi with my sublingual b12 and a calcium chew on an empty stomach at about 7:45. Then another calcium just before lunch at 11:30.  One calcium with dinner at around 6:30.  Then iron and vitamin c right before bed at 9:30 or 10. 

I've spent so much money on different vitamins trying to find a routine that works for me and I've finally found what works.  I look forward to my blood work this summer to see how my numbers have changed.
