Great menu Kelly and that's awesome that you can get such a good meal for dinner at the hospital for support group.  I love your positive attitude and that as much work as you have you are embracing it and making it your own, good for you!  And 6 miles at lunch, you go girl!!!!

Hi AV and all.  OMG that sounds SO annoying.  Anyone who wants to complain to me at 3 am is on my **** list lol.  I am in Charlotte NC visiting my parents and I sleep like a BABY here.  I think it's because I am not at home with all of the distractions of my normal life.  Since I didn't grow up here, it's not like I have friends here, so there is no one beckoning me to go out lol.  I literally slept from 10 or 11 pm until 8 am the last two nights.  I hate not having access to a gym, but I will deal.

So last night I tried Bojangles fried chicken.  Delicious!  I had two wings, half a biscuit, and two bites of mac and cheese.  And two hours later promptly threw it all up.  I assume it was the biscuit that bothered me, since I don't normally eat bread and the few times I have, it doesn't sit well with me.  Thank god, since bread and pasta are major trigger foods for me, so I am DAMN glad they make me sick!

I am furiously working to get ahead of my work so I can take an hour this afternoon and go get a massage with my mom!  My treat.  I can't wait.  We are also meeting my grandma and aunt for lunch.  I fly home tonight and already have classes planned at the gym for the next three mornings.  I feel my muscles atrophying after only 3 days here lol.

Time Since Surgery: 29 months

B: Salmon pattie

L: Chop't salad with chicken, cheese, avocado

D: I am going to bring a salmon pattie to the airport (but don't worry, I will eat it at the gate, not on the plane.  I'm not THAT rude to eat fish on a plane lol)

E: None at all.  Ugh

Totals are 1,300 calories, 90 protein, 80 carbs.

If I found $100, I would probably put it towards a new small bistro table and chairs I need to buy.  I have decided to donate my baker's rack and an armchair I have, in order to get a new table and chair set.  Any suggestions of websites to check are welcome!

Have a great day, all!  Em

Have you looked into wayfair? My DH is a designer and looks there sometimes. Also local antique places have some cool stuff. We bought a 2 seater 1950-1960 retro table for $100 at a local place. Red vinyl covered chairs- they are awesome!

YAY for spending time with family!!! Boo on throwing up last nights dinner!  DAMN!! I can eat bread if its super thin and toasted and if I chew the crap out of it, otherwise things like bagels or thick slices of say sour dough bread, NOPE would not touch it I know it would not go over well.  Oh it might have been the mac & cheese, I CAN NOT eat pasta.  I tried it a some time last year and the pain I was in was out of this world, it was horrible. I have not touched it since and won't I don't want to be in that kind of a pain again.

Hope your massage was awesome with Moms.  You made me laugh, "feel my muscles atrophying after only 3 days here" its so true right, the more we work out the more we want it and our bodies crave it, well maybe that's just me and I am a weirdo!

QOTD: I would probably do something unusual- I've been contemplating a nose ring- I also want to go zip lining, skydiving, etc. I also want to join the local yoga studio but it is $100 a month :( So maybe I would pay for a month of yoga.

Food: Liquids- nothing to report there...

Morning AV. I think you get up tonight at 1:00 am and start asking your husband inane questions. "Are you awake?" "What are you thinking about?" "Do you think so-and-so is pretty?" Drive him nuts.

Horrible eating yesterday. I was running around all day. No meat. Dinner was a Kit Kat from Home Depot.

QOTD: I would take the 100 bucks and take someone to High Tea.
