Not trying to panic you. but raw veg and and fruit peels like apples etc can be hard on the stomach.

I had to go in last week because they suspected an ulcer. Stomach would burn every time I ate.

Now I'm on meds for it, but they say they see ulcers in non compliant people. I've been very good but have let a few pieces of lettuce in which is why your post prompted me to think of it.

Radishes are still hit and miss for me 18 months later.  A shame they are so delicious with their spicy goodness.

Well, I almost succumbed to the call of a hot fudge sundae on the way home from work yesterday. I was hungry (shake-land for me) and the ice cream place is on a direct route to my house. I was thinking how I might NEVER get to eat a hot fudge sundae again, and how terrible would that be if that was the case. But then, happily for me, a weight loss commercial came on the radio that talks about obesity and I stayed strong. I drove home, helped my kids with homework and trimmed all the shrubs in my front landscaping, which took about an hour and a half. I was BEAT by the time that was finished and slept like a baby! (And I ate dinner in there somewhere too)...

QOTD: A massage. No question. I don't mind throwing away money on something that makes you feel that good, and with my massage lady, I could get 2 for $100!

L- Protein shake with skim milk
