100 bucks....hmmm...I'm still carrying around the 100 dollar bill my mom sent me for my 50th birthday on April 1...so, yeah, would probably be sitting by that one until I run into something that entertains me...but considering we are looking at moving the last thing I want is nore stuff....

 

breadfast:  chobani 100 + 20 almonds

snack:  10 almonds

lunch:  turkey burger with queso blanco

snack:  i don't know

dinner:  beef spare ribs that I threw in the crockpot on my way out the door...and i'll probably pick up some veggie on my way home from work...although i think i have carrots....

QOTD:Definitely would give half to hubby. He works so dang hard and our special needs daughter is so expensive there isn't much left. With my half?  Definitely a pedicure and reload my starbucks card. 

Having alot of stress at work due to a terrible manager and some discrimination against me. To the point where I am having nightmares and waking up in cold sweats. No bueno. 

Today for food..... Shakes, shakes and more shakes.  Coupled with a sensible dinner. 

 

The stress at work really made me want to emotionally eat, but I didn't cave. That ass hat doesn't get that part of me too!

Hope things improve soon.  I had one of those managers at my former job, things never got better, I stuck it out for years, finally left when the company reorganized and most of my department was laid off.  The bully was not, he is still there 5 years later.

I am so sorry about your work stress!  Good for you for sticking with your plan!

I find that when I am doing shakes I just feel more in control of my emotional eating...well most of the time.

Hi all! Crazy loud thunderstorms this morning with enough hail to cover roofs and grass and ruin my flowers. Totally honestly I would fork over the money to go in the bank, but what I would want to do is buy yarn/knitting crap. I'm on a roll and want it all!! My friend gave me a bunch of really nice yarn she was getting rid of, but there's always room for more :)

14 weeks post op and down 61 pounds!! No one has made any comments until yesterday when 3 people did, so it's obviously finally showing. Feels good too!

B: babybel light and carb master yogurt

S: 1/2 power crunch bar

L: 1/2 Jimmy John's unwhich

S: beef jerky

D: other 1/2 unwhich 

S: turkey pepperoni 

Cals: 755, Prot: 72, Carbs: 21
