Questions? Feeling fustrated
You won't lose weight because you had surgery. Surgery gives you an opportunity to lose your excess weight. You will get results based on how well you follow the rules.
If you don't drink your water and don't follow your eating plan, then you are setting yourself up to fail.
Nobody is going to follow you around and make you drink your water. Nobody is going to follow you around and stop you from eating the wrong things. You need to plan your food and water and not eat the foods that will stop your weight loss.
Get a good scale and weigh daily. Get a food scale and weigh the food that you are eating. Use My Fitness Pal and track every bit of food and water. You have a once in a lifetime opportunity to get rid of your excess weight. But you have to be willing to do the work or you will lose the opportunity and be one of the people who fails at this.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Feel like a broken record. Measure yourself: IF .....you are being compliant, when you are not losing pounds you are losing inches.....That being said: I never EVER sat and ate huge meals, seriously never. I had 'just a bite' of bad foods. Many times a day and most times not really realize I was doing it, like when I was cooking. Those little bites led to 300 pounds. You need to get your head together now as even at almost 14 years out I have to watch everything I eat. It's such a total lifetime commitment .
