Great day 4 weeks out

I had an awesome feeling Saturday. I noticed that I actually feel better than I did before surgery. I have more energy and more stamina than I did before I had the surgery and I am only 4 weeks out. I am so excited to see how I get even more energy and strength as the weight comes off!

It just gets better and better from here. Enjoy the journey. It is as important as reaching your goal, and that includes the ups and the downs. It is all remarkable.

Height: 5'7". HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Good to hear. Try to jot down these things and feelings as they happen. Its fun later down the road to look back and read them. Crazy how much I had forgotten about that happened til I read my journal !!

It will just keep getting better and better. All of a sudden you will realize that you aren't tired any more,d you have a spring in your step, and your joints don't hurt with every step you take.
