acid reflux

Just looking for any suggestions.  Having my first "discomfort" with reflux since rny 9mths ago.(think I'm drinking waaay tooo much coffee)  Wondering what your "GO TO FIX' is ?

I just had some issues this last week and I started back using my omeprazole.  I will be going to my PCP to ask for a new prescription.

Age: 44 | Height: 5' 3" | Starting January 2015: 291 | RNY 8/4/15 with Dr. Arthur Carlin| Goal: 150
