Good morning
Had a busy weekend, mani, pedi, mammogram, dinner with friends on Saturday, made some soup to bring to my sil after her knee replacement, dinner with friends on Saturday night, visit with my sil yesterday. I was hoping for an easy Monday, but it's just another manic Monday!
I have not ever had a problem with TMJ AV, I think you should have it checked out though.
QOTD: I have only two keys, my house and car on my key ring, with way too many rewards cards, Stop & Shop, Shaws, Good Brothers Dodge, DSW, Bobs, Hallmark, CVS, Walgreens, American Eagle and now a Plenti card as well. OMG, I didn't realize just how many I had. I think it's time to get rid of a couple of them that I no longer use.

I do know that, I should take it off, I only just realized I still had it I only run in there when I need something quickly, hubby does most of the grocery shopping these days. I know, I'm spoiled, he cooks and grocery shops and does his own laundry. Now if onlyf he would just learn to dust, vacuum, make beds, iron clothes, and clean toilets.

Morning Gang from Sunny Cocoa Beach Florida! Hubby and I arrived safe and sound on Saturday and it has been AMAZING ever since! Sorry AV but my weekend was awesome and I am having a BLAST! I think the TMJ is a lot stress and a little bit jaw mechanics, for sure as others have posted that have TMJ the mouth guards help, but personally if it comes and goes for you that says stress to me. How do I get rid of stress, I exercise and I read books and I spend time on long walks/hikes with my dogs. I am an outdoors person so being out hiking with my dogs is so relaxing and I also love gardening so now that Spring is here I am spend hours in my garden and totally de-stress. Hope you feel better soon.
QOTD: Only thing on my key chain is my car keys, house key, mail box key and I have it on a carabineer so I also have about 10 ponytail holders on their too. I have a separate mini wallet wristlet that is just the exact size of all my million reward cards, its bursting at the seams, I should really clean it out and keep only the ones I use on a regular basis.
Here are a few pics from Florida. The weather is outstanding, we have had 80 to 85 daily and full sun, I could not ask for better weather! Just got back from a 5km run on the beach, eating breakfast and then showering and today is a shopping day! Going to Macy's and Target and anywhere else that suits out fancy! Today is also my hubby's bday, we are going out tonight for dinner to this amazing fish place down the road, Monday's are "all you can eat crab legs" he LOVES crab legs, his bday so we are going, I personally don't really like crab but for sure can find something protein forward for me. Grocery shopping here in the US is different... not sure if you guys know that in Canada we have about a quarter of the selection of food you guys do and something's you just cant' even get in Canada. So we went to Publix and picked up groceries when we got her on Saturday and ummmmm WOW, so many things I have never even seen before! I did get a whole bunch of Light & Fit yogurt, oh yummmmmmmmmm!!! Here are some fun pics! Will post more tomorrow.
Frist pic is View outside of our condo, we look out to this amazing heated pool and the beach and ocean is right behind that! Second pic is of our feet on the beach, and third pic is of me getting ready for my run on the beach!
Eating is kind of all over the place so I won't post a menu but having left over ribs for breakfast, lunch will be out somewhere and dinner is at the fish place. Light & Fit as snacks! Its all high protein so its good. Lots of coffee and water with cranberry juice. Happy Monday Gang!
