Happy Monday, everyone. Ok today is day 1 of "back on track week" because yesterday was full of...not great choices. I had so much fun, but let's see: popcorn, lemonade, chocolate...yikes! Back on the wagon today.

QOTD: I keep a separate keychain for the cards and keys to other people's houses and such so that my keys are just for the car and the house. I try to load as many of those store cards onto my phone as I can, too, which really helps!

B: Fit Frappe Mocha

S: Trader Joe's Dry Roasted Almonds and Sargento Cheese Stick

L: HB egg & 1oz of ham

S: Cottage Cheese with blueberry

D: Cheeseburger

Had a good but busy weekend with beautiful weather here in Illinois and today is supposed to be beautiful too. Saturday went to a shoot about 2 hours away from home with hubby and kept score for them. Sunday was set up for coffee hour, Sunday school, church clean up the coffee pot then hone for lunch. Then Lily and I got our walk in and I went to the nursing home with my pastor and we sang and played some hymns and chatted with those who came out. Then I stopped at the laundromat and did 3 loads of wash before coming home to put them away and then start dinner. Felt like I was running all day! I have 2 sets of keys: one for the church and food pantry and one with house, and car keys. My home keys have a key fob my youngest made for me out of paracord. Post op almost 44 months and weight at 122 today. Exercise will be 3.2 miles at the park with Lily and 30 minutes uses on the bike. If energetic I may walk around the neighborhood after supper. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L pouch of tuna with a bit of mayo and 1/2 c green beans D 1/2 c chicken salad with 1/2 c caprese salad S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices!

Morning AV! My morning started off like crap. Firstly, I was up a little late watching Game of Thrones and had a little wine. I got into bed and my husband said "Turn on your alarm clock" which I promptly did. What I didn't remember was I had changed the time to 6am last friday when I knew I wasn't going to the gym, so I slept through until 6 and had to skip the gym this morning WAAAHHH! I thought about going after work at 5:30, but then remembered that I have a dental cleaning at 5:30. Good thing I went to PowerHouse Gym with my hubby yesterday on a guest pass and spent half an hour on a recumbent bike, and then another half an hour on weight training. Now that my hubby is going to the gym it kinda cuts back on my freedom to just get up and go. We worked out a schedule that I got Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:30, and he goes Tuesday and Wednesday. My gym is only open on Saturday so I'll be going at 8am on Saturday mornings and his is open on both Saturday and Sunday (24 hours a day starting May first). I went with him yesterday to try it out, because it would be way cheaper for me to go to PowerHouse than it is to go to my gym, and there is much more flexibility with the 24 hour availability. But I have to tell you, I LOVE my gym so much more. I love working with the instructor and the other women in class. I found it awkward yesterday because there were a whole bunch of super muscled lifters in there and I felt so inferior, lol. No one was rude or stared at me or anything, my discomfort came from within myself. Powerhouse does offer the LesMills classes on a regular schedule that I could take. So, I commited to 3 months at my current gym, I'm going to stick with it at least that long and then reevaluate. Gym membership at PowerHouse is 1/4 the cost for me and they have some daycare that is really affordable if I need it.

I had a wonderful weekend. Birthday party on Saturday for my husbands neice who turned 11, then a birthday get together on Sunday where my neice turned 12. I bought my niece a little sundress for her birthday, and at the same time I picked up one for me too! Here we are, twinsies! She's as tall as me now, I can't believe it.

QOTD: Here are my keys. I moved in 2011, and I still have a set of keys from the old house on there. I don't know why I keep them, maybe I should take this opportunity to remove them.

Here is my plan:

Almost 8.75 months since surgery

B: 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 slice of velveeta and a coffee with cream and splenda

L: 3oz black forest ham with 2 thin slices of sharp cheddar on 1/2 a light flat out wrap

D: 4 oz of lean ground turkey with zucchini and shredded mozzarella cheese (and spices, etc.)

S: Light and Fit and a couple big fresh strawberries.

I may have another snack this evening, but if I do i will keep it to something protein forward. I'll be eating late because of the dental appointment, so I'm hoping my dinner will be enough for me.

Totals:

Calories 771 Protein 82 Carbs 39 fat 33

Also, please check out my ticker. This weekend has been AWESOME for my weightloss. I think my body finally let go of a whole bunch of water, I've dropped 6lbs since 4/11, and I'm only 2 pounds away from my surgeons goal weight for me. Now just 31lbs from my goal! Wootah!

Wow on the weight loss! You will pass your surgeonS goal and be at your own before you know it! You might even surprise yourself with where you end up! I know I did. If you had told my 272 pound self that I would weigh 120 to 123 I would have laughed at you!
