Reached my goal! Just under 10 months

My surgeon didn't set a goal for me. At the beginning of my journey I thought I had a "large frame" and could never be a "normal" BMI. I set my goal at 130. At 5'0, that's still "overweight" but I have not weighed 130 since I was about 11 years old and didn't think it was possible for me.
I've gone from a size 26 to a size 5. I'm still losing at a good rate. Of course I have learned from the vets in here that your body knows when it has lost enough. I'm still very healthy looking and not gaunt yet. So now I don't really have a goal anymore, I'm just going to see where I end up.
This has been such a game change in my life! It probably saved me, and I mean more than just physically.
Congratulations!
My surgeon didn't set a goal for me either. I picked 150, thinking that it would be so cool to be a weight that I never was as an adult. 165 was my lowest adult weight. I kept going to cushion myself for bounceback weight. Now I'm comfortable here and hope to stay under 140. I weigh every day.
