morning AV. For serious, your hair is adorable! I love it. I'm depressed about my hair, it's finally stopped falling out and it's starting to grow back in. But it's growning in so GRAY, and I'm boycotting my stylist because she chopped my hair last time and I've VERY overdue for a cut and color. I honestly bought a box of dark brown hair color the other day and I'm going to do it myself, but I think I'm also going to start looking for a new stylist as well, because while I can dye my own hair, I surely can't cut it myself.
So, photo Friday. Here is a picute of my two boys and me. Please disregard the way my teenager is dressed. He was in his nasty lounging clothes and was getting ready to babysit for us when we went out to dinner on Saturday night.
As for the QOTD: here it is from this morning. I was admiring my son's eyelashes and snapped a pic. I posted it to facebook this morning before I left the house with the caption "the look of concentration..." He was playing with a cheap video camera and sliding the USB connector in and out. I love to watch him learn.
As for suggestions about the monthly pic. I think we should do pics of any tattoos that you have. If you don't have a tattoo, how about one that you would LIKE to get, or maybe a pic of a tattoo that you think it pretty nifty.
Here's my plan for the day:
8.5 months since surgery
B: Egg, bacon, cheese and coffee with cream and splenda (same everyday, the only difference is today my husband cooked the bacon. it tastes so much better when I don't have to cook it!)
L: 4oz slow cooker chicken breast with 1/2 serving of BBQ sauce, a thin slice of swiss on a low carb tortilla
D: more slow cooker chicken breast with some sort of seasoning. I may do salsa, or I may do BBQ sauce, not sure yet.
S: Light and Fit Greek, and a Quest Vanilla shake made with almond milk

Skipped the gym this morning because I slept like **** and my baby was up at 4 and pretty much kept me up the whole night. I'll be trying to go for a run tonight and since it's casual Friday at work and I'm in my running shoes and jeans I'll be going for a walk in the industrial park at lunch. Most likely I'll just walk around the parking lot out behind the warehouse, since there are no sidewalks here and lots of big trucks and icky traffic.
Also, big news. My husband joined Powerhouse Gym yesterday. It's a couple miles from my house and I'm excited that he's going to start working out as well. The only thing that is bad about it is that I'm going to have to share my gym time. We decided I get Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and he gets Tuesday and Thursday morning. I'll have to go one night after work and on Saturday morning. My gym isn't open on Sunday, but Power House is so he'll be able to go that day. I'm thinking I may end up adding myself to his membership to give me the opportunity to go on Sundays or if I just want to go use the weights or treadmill in bad weather. it's about $25 a month to add me on. Not sure yet what I'm going to do.
