Such a gloomy day here in Illinois and a *****illy too. Exercise will hopefully be 3.2 miles at the park this afternoon if we get dry time and if not the treadmill. Also 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Post op almost 44 months and weight at 122 today. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt. Here's a pic from me this morning and my last pic before this was of unidentified wildflowers from my walk with Lily through the woods at Beaver Dam. Have a great day everyone and make some good choices!

QOTD: The last thing I took a picture of is the wreath I finished making for a "customer".  Nice spring/summer wreath! 

1 year 2 weeks since surgery

M1: Protein hot chocolate

M2: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate, lots of ice

M3: Water, 1 scoop syntrax milk chocolate (i ran out of my milk)

M4: Water, 1 scoop syntrax milk chocolate (i ran out of my milk)

M5: Tofu stir fry with mushrooms (this was delicious last night)

Totals: Cals: 657  Protein: 104  Carbs: 35  Fat: 13

Im sure there will be some kind of protein forward snack at night, but I dont know what yet.

Here I am pretending to be a big kid yesterday, I had to use my Hubby's Dunkins mug to make my protein hot chocolate.  Just tryin' to fit in with the cook kids
