I do use BBQ sauce sometimes, but you would be surprised in the difference in grams of sugar between brands. Some are much lower than others.

When I was losing weight, I had a carb type thing maybe once a week or so. Now I find it even harder, when I do it turns on the hungries.... So jus****ch how you are doing. Even if you have cereal, I would try not to go over 100g carbs for the day... that is high for weight loss phase.

I use Walden Farm's thick and spicy BBQ sauce, it has 0 carbs and is really really good

This stuff right here is the bomb:  Guy's SF BBQ Sauce.  I highly recommend.

I haven't had cereal since my surgery, too many carbs, I try to keep my carbs under 50 most days.

For BBQ sauce try looking for one with low carbs.  Annies is a decent one, only 4 grams per serving.

Happy Pesach to those who celebrate!

Cute 'do, Kristen! Love it :)

Here is the last pic I took--it's me and my favorite 4 year old, hanging out last night. I swear she's going to be taller than me next year!

Tonight I am going to a Seder (and dragging along Grim to his first) so I'm trying to conserve calories for the Brisket and other yumminess of the night!

Edited to add that tonight will be my first sip of alcohol in 10 months! I'm expecting Mr. Hag to have to sling me over his shoulders to carry me home :) ...stories to come tomorrow!

Cutest little kiddo ever, and you look awesome too JB!!  Enjoy your Seder tonight, I am sure Grim will love the brisket LOL   Thank god you are so tiny so Grim slinging you over his shoulder should be no problem if the alcohol its you too hard LOL

Shalom my friend, Happy Passover!
