What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning and Welcome to Photo Friday! Post 'em if ya got 'em! And hey, let's hear those ideas for May's Photo Theme Day! We've had dress up and flashback so far...what else can we do? Kids? Pets? I think we'll designate May 13 as the date. What say you all?
So, as promised, here's my new do. I'm still working on trying to figure out how to style it, but you get the general idea. And remember, 7am flip phone quality photos do not do me justice. LMAO
QOTD! In keeping with our Photo Friday tradition, what's the last thing you took a picture of? Obvs, I just took the above selfie, but let's leave those out of it. Looking in my phone, prior to this morning the last picture I took was of my son in the pool at the Y; he was doing pull-ups on the starting block at the end of every lap. He's a beast. LOL

QOTD: last photo I took was a one-month progress photo.
carbs are high b/c of cereal, but I eat that every other morning so it's OK? what do you guys think?
I took out the bbq sauce. looks like it's going to save me 10g of carbs.
I added the cereal for fibre because I was having terrible constipation (warning: tmi at the end of this sentence, but added for emphasis of importance of problem) and bleeding when I do go.
I add berries the other days, so I thought one day cereal, one day berries for variety. I'm thinking of switching to plain oatmeal. My cereal has some added sugar in it.
I eat steel cut oats every morning but did not add them until I got to maintenance. I found that I was horribly constipated so I added them in for the fiber. The problem with high carb foods is they can cause you to crave other carbs. If I find myself craving other carbs my oats will be gone in a flash too.
