What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Morning all, Haven't been on this week cause of the heavy rain we have had in the Houston area. I live outside of Houston but I work in the med center and tried to get to work Monday but had to turn around, only could make it so far. By the time I got home I had to peel my hands off the steering wheel cause I had death grip on it. People are still going to sleep and waking up to find their houses are flooded. Crazy. We had water mid calf level in our yard but thankfully our house is high. Some people got over 20 inches in one night.
QOTD--I'm not sure. My normal sensible mind says no of course not--no such thing. But.....I've went on some ghost tours and old house tours that kinda sorta convince you that maybe? So I say No I don't believe but yes maybe so. LOL how is that for being wishy washy.
On another subject I lost 2 lbs this week Yay for me!! This weight loss thing is nuts.
B-premier protein
s-cheese
l-leftover pork chop and okra
s-yogurt
d-? not sure for supper. Going to a planner class at Michaels which is 2 hours long so will probably pick up chili from Wendy's

Where outside of Houston are you? I live in Friendswood -Work in Galveston. Monday was CRAZY and it's crazy that just a few miles up the road there is all that flooding and I feel for everybody effected. Friendswood stayed high and dry fortunately.
I just recently moved from a house that was extremely haunted. Yes, they are REAL. Some people are more sensitive to it than others. My son and I both are very sensitive, but my mother isn't so she thought we were crazy... until she heard foot steps in a room that NOBODY was in.
I don't believe in ghosts, but I'm open to the idea.
Tried a new smoothie this morning instead of having a premier protein shake, since they've been making me nauseous all week. The smoothie went down very well. No nausea.
