high protein soups?
Egg drop soup is my to go option when the pouch is not happy.
Chicken or beef stock, some butter, mix 2- 3 eggs and drop the mix eggs into boiling stock. Garnish with extra butter, dill, or avocado.
Avocado - I eat that. With a spoon.
Cheese... Nut butters... They are so easy..
If you can eat and tolerate soy- tofu may be a great option.
Avocado pudding - Google recipe.
Peanut butter ice cream.... You can even use some honey to sweeten that. Or any other protein ice cream based on half and half. Or coconut milk ( the full fat one version from a can)
Whip cream...
Full fat greek yogurt.
Riccota bake...

soups have a lot of water. you need to get protein - go to a store or a website and order a variety of high prot products. there are lots of new ones since you had surgery. even if you dont like it - get your prot in. your body is canabalizing your lean muscle mass and will make mant diff down the road.
people also add the unflav unjury powder to lots of stuff they already like.

Maybe Double Milk https://www.pinterest.com/pin/246642517071056575/ and I'd add a dollop of Greek yogurt to that. You can change up the flavors too.
Softer protein... maybe Ricotta Bake http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/puree d-foods.html or scallops are pretty soft or steamed fish (wrap a filet in foil with a little veggie broth, bake 15-20 @350)
If you can get someone to pick it up Bone Broth http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2015/01/frida y-five.html
Hope you are feeling 100% soon.

Have you tried protein powder mixed as a hot drink. I have a hot protein drink every morning. I use Blue Bonnet whey protein powder (Amazon) because it has stevia as the sweetener.
I use one scoop of chocolate or vanilla powder. Add about one ounce of water and one ounce of sugar-free flavored syrup (I use peanut butter, English toffee, Kahlua, coconut, raspberry, cherry, peppermint patty, pumpkin pie, dulce de leche, etc. - Torani or Divinci brand).
I mix up the water, sugar-free syrup and protein powder in my mug ( cake batter consistency) and stir CONSTANTLY while adding boiling water from the tea kettle. That way there are no lumps.
I add some canned whip and sometimes sprinkle cinnamon on top.
This gives me 26 grams of protein and the hot liquid help me have a bowel movement (TMI).
Hope you work things out. You have good suggestions from others.
