I've never done anything to my eyebrows. But the last two months they've been growing like crazy. Pretty soon I'll be able to braid them. What's up with that?

AV-tell me how you make your Click? I finally got a bigger shaker bottle and want to give it a go. I recently upped my carbs a bit so my macros can take it!! Ho****er, cold water?? shake while standing on my head? I want to love it!!
Mmmm...Click. LOL I use my big blender bottle (24 oz., I think), add two scoops of click and add water until it's almost to the top. Shakey-shake for like 2 minutes, add ice, shakey-shake for another minute or so and enjoy! I've never had it hot, though...

stressed about some training I am doing so I didnt eat much yesterday. Hit my counts with alot of help from shakes...hoping to do better today. We shall see.
Morning AV and gang. Well, today has been awesome! It's my 43rd birthday and I started it out by getting up at 5 and hitting the gym. They have a tradition of birthday celebrations, so everything we did today was in reps of 43. 43 push ups, 43 squats, 43 shoulder presses, 43 two are back rows, etc.. They seemed to have been watching what I enjoy and our workout was very much a weight training kinda day. I did do 100 burpees, because I couldn't talk them into only doing 43 of those nasty things. What made it extra good is that I really pushed myself today and feel like I've upped my game. I can "almost" do a real burpee now and don't have to walk my legs back. I just have to add the jump to be 100%. instead of doing weights with only 10lbs in each hand I upped it to 15lbs. That is a huge thing for me. When I started going to the gym a month ago, that first day I had to stop and sit down between sets. I was getting dizzy and could barely breath. I am now able to get through the whole workout and am starting to not modify some of the exercises. I can feel myself getting so much stronger and it's so motivating. They try to take a picture each morning after the workout, and they got one today but haven't posted it to facebook yet, so I'm sharing the one from Monday.
as for the QOTD: Here it is, in all it's yumminess. Just a coffee with 1 cream and 1 splenda. I get one every weekday morning.
It's my birthday but I'm still being good with my menu. My boss buys us lunch, so we're going Arabic and I'm getting a chicken shwarma appetizer over hummus. My boss skipped cake and brought me a stawberry cheesecake Light and Fit Yogurt. She also got me flowers. It was so sweet of her.
Here's my plan for the day:
B: 1 egg, 1.3oz ham, 1 slice of velveeta and a coffee with cream and splenda
L: Chicken shwarma and hummus
D: Boneless chicken breast and steamed broccoli
S: Light and Fit Greek Strawberry Cheesecake

I didn't add an evening snack because I don't know exactly what I'll have. I'm leaving some wiggle room since it's my birthday, but we don't have anything planned except cooking dinner at home and hanging out with my boys. I might make some SF pudding or something as a treat. Of course, I'll log anything extra that I have.
