What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I've never been able to control my eating, either. This surgery was the "hard stop" I needed and I will be forever thankful. You're going to do great!
Happy birthday to you!

Nothing Tastes as Good as Healthy Feels!
Good morning all of you beautiful peeps. I am in early this morning for a 7:00 meeting. Ugh! Who schedules a 7:00 am meeting? Doctors. that's who. My menu is totally up in the air today. I had my usual egg beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette for breakfast, but I am in meetings all day, which means corporate meeting food for snacks and lunch. Then I have a Board of Director's meeting after work, so more catered food. Ugh! I hate these days. Totally messes with my eating.
QOTD: The last thing I bought was candles. I am crazy for candles, and have multiple ones burning all of the time when I am at home. If my house ever catches fire it will burn for days because of all of the candle wax I have in the house.
I have been a total slacker lately with my exercise. Yesterday I finally went into my Pilates studio and signed up for another package. Whew. I feel better already. I will be going at least 2x a week. I always feel so much better when I go to Pilates regularly, so I never understand why I allow myself to get out of the routine. Lazy, lazy girl!
Have a great day everyone, and feel sorry for me being held hostage in meeting rooms today when it is going to be 80 degrees outside.
P.S. Window cleaner outside my 10th floor office just gave me a heart attack.

Educators also schedule 7am meetings. I feel strongly that one should never feel they are "running late" before 5am, but that is how I roll most days!
