it actually made me feel kinda queasy, for a few hours.  They used a lot of oil and I think it didn't sit well in my pouch.  It was delicious, though!

Hi Everybody!  I hope it's ok if I just jump in here.  I have to be more structured, I've been giving into to some emotional eating due to stress and boredom.  I need to commit to cleaning up my studio so I can get back to creating stuff with polymer clay.  Actually, I need to just quit moping around and create a better routine for myself in general.

7 weeks post-op.  CW:  315 & stuck here for a few days.

My last purchase was an exciting one (not)... $10 worth of gas (don't be jealous).

B:  2 scrambled eggs with chives and 1 oz. of cheddar cheese

L:  4 slices of ham with 2 slices of swiss.

D:  3-ish ounces of corned beef.

Evening snack:  Carbmaster yogurt protein smoothie.

64 oz. water.

V/M: on track, but I have a hard time remembering sometimes.

Age: 55.  5' 8" SW 345 lbs.  RNY on 2/29/16 at UVA w/ Dr. Hallowell.
