It was so good.  I think if I had stuck to one piece,  I would have been fine.  Live and learn.

I am a lover of toast. That being said those 35 calorie slices some have  wood pulp in them (cellulose)or other added fiber to keep them low calorie. So 2 slices, besides the quantity, might have been too hard to digest.

Last week I posted a link to an english muffin recipe that worked really for my pouch. It only takes about 5 minutes to make. No increased hunger, and no weight gain the next day. And TOAST.

Good morning.  Sounds like a fun day AV.  So did you meet your friend on the old AOL Parent Soup message boards?  I met some great moms on the July 2000 babies board, we got together a few times over the years, but mostly just keep in touch on facebook these days.  But we had reunions at my home, one in Chicago and one in Virginia, which was way too many years ago now.

QOTD:  Chocolate, "Little Women" only because I have so many favorite books and since I am one of 4 sisters and my name is Beth and I have a sister Meg, that book has always been one of my very favorites and I re-read it every couple of years. And my favorite movie ever would be "Pride and Prejudice" the one with the extremely steamy Colin Firth.

Time since surgery:  OMG almost 1 year, tomorrow is my surgiversary!

B:  2 eggs

L:  Roast beef, provolone and 1 slice bread (was yesterday's lunch, but we had lunch brought in for us since we had to work on the holiday.

D:  Pork chop, steamed broccoli and sauteed peppers and onions

S:  babybel & Mary's gone crackers, muscle milk 100

S: SF latte, Pineapple Greek yogurt, a boiled egg and beef jerky
