What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning all. Ok, so back in January I thought I had a hernia but an MRI ruled it out. Since then I've had a few instances where right at my incision site (the one on my upper right tummy) there has been excurciating pain and I have massage something back in place. Over the past 3 days it has happened 4 times. If its not a hernia, what on earth could it be?? I have a call into my surgeon now. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Oh no, that doesn't sound ok at all! Fingers are crossed that it's an easy fix.

OMG! That is soooo quick! On the bright side, you'll get it resolved quickly and be back to training ASAP. I know it's not the same, but when I had my gallbladder removed, I was running again 10 days later! It didn't really impact my training and had no impact on my race. Healing thoughts are on the way to you!
