When we were walking on the beach yesterday I literally said that I can't imagine living far from the ocean. I think ocean air fuels me... Wishing you the best!

Good morning!
QOTD: For my book- maybe Gone with the Wind. I know...but everytime I read it, I see new things in there. For my food: steak. Unequivocally--I won't even be a snob about which cut. And the movie--the Notebook. I cannot help it, I am a huge sap.
B- protein shake with skim milk
L- protein shake with skim milk
D-I'm thinking baked fish and green beans, but I reserve the right to change my mind
S- protein shake with water

So funny story last night. I was thinking I was going to be a Betty Crocker-ish and make not only my protein shake in the blender with lots of ice so that it would be ice-cream-ish, but also add mint flavoring, because I love chocolate mint. So I opened the mint flavoring and expected it to come out like drops and I swear a tablespoon fell in the blender. I knew it was going to be ruint so I dumped that blender and just started over (I hadn't added the shake mix which is basically at the price of gold per ounce). Let's just say I should've washed out the blender. The final concoction was so strongly mint flavored that I couldn't even get it down. I gave up and went shake-less last night. I guess maybe the mint flavored syrup would be a better bet for dorks like me.

OK, so mint and chocolate is a glorious combination and I know exactly what you mean about the extract just pouring out of the bottle. I'm so sad for you! LOL
A moment of silence for the meat.................. So sad.
Yesterday was kind of a disaster... why do we have hungry days? or maybe they are just crazy days...nothing off the deep end in choices but when I feel out of routine...and grazy/snacky and didn't measure something and then ate too much(really? I can still do that. imagine)....then felt sick....
I have to go creamy dessert...for food on a dessert island. Cheesecake, Book? can't think... love a comedy so Father of the Bride part 2...that always makes me laugh...Steve Martin. ...although the first one when he gets thrown in jail for the hot dog rolls... and 'Fran-c' hahahaha
B: tea, Protein drink. Am experimenting with adding flaxseed both for fat and keeping things going....we will see.
L: Salad and ginger cod
S: BBQ Chicken
D: Pineapple dijon chicken, spinach
S: Hot premeir protein
E: 22 minute hard corp and 10 minute warm up... getting off to do now.
