I love Monty Python!  I had this cake made for my son when he turned 15 a few years ago:

Age: 44 | Height: 5' 3" | Starting January 2015: 291 | RNY 8/4/15 with Dr. Arthur Carlin| Goal: 150

Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. ~Proverbs 19:20

Welcome back, AV and good morning to my favorite group!
Still sick, called into work this morning and I'm headed to the doctor at 8am. Other than that, there's nothing too exciting to post. One good thing about having surgery in February is I met all of my deductibles and out of pocket maximums for my insurance, so now I get to go to the doctor for free. YIPPEE! It's the little things that keep me going...

QOTD: Food would be Cadbury chocolate, the Dairy Milk bars, I don't care about TV too much, could I take 2 books instead? I'd take Kerouac's "On the Road" and Hemingway, "The Sun Also Rises". 2 great books about travel. If I had to pick a TV show, could I get Monday Night Football?

B: Powerade

L: Chicken Soup

D: More Chicken Soup.

I hope everyone has a marvelous day!
