Food: watermelon. it's not going to keep me alive very long, but at least I'll be happy for a little while

Felt that it was important to be accountable to myself and come here and hang my head in shame. As you can see food still mentally consumes me. I see my surgeon next week and am going to ask for a referral to talk with someone. I find when I am spending time with my DH that I talk about food a alot.

Yesterday was a horrible food day!! In went a piece of garlic and cheese pizza and in went cheesecake. Ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in the middle of the night. Damn nerves. Damn stupid self!!
