One month and just not feeling it...

I am 7 weeks out and I've had two one-week stalls.  The first one was a week after surgery and the second one was last-week.  I'm down 30lbs since surgery, so I'm not concerned.  I was 325 on surgery day.

The last two weeks have been like 1lb per week. I was expecting things to be a little faster too, but when I look at how much I have lost overall, this seems normal.

21 pounds is a lot! I only lost 14 the first month and 7 or so the 2nd!  you can see my stats below.

I wouldn't worry about what others think of your weight loss.

Just be patient and keep chugging along...

I totally understand.  I'm 9 weeks out and I've lost less than a pound in 2 and a half weeks.  I'm just going to keep on keeping on, because I know my calories are right and hope this ends soon, because it's SO FRUSTRATING.  I too, am terrified I'm going to be THAT GIRL that it didn't work on.

I've read so many forums and articles that this IS normal, a couple of people said that they change up their diets a bit and up their water consumption and it pulls them out of it.

I've had these same thoughts. I stalled at two weeks out for twelve days. Then lost for a couple days then stalled for a couple days. Seems like stair steps on my tracker. I think what we are experiencing is normal but it sure as hell is disappointing when you look at the scale each day. I am trying to keep a positive outlook and remember that I'm losing inches and reshaping my body when the scale doesn't budge. It makes it much easier to deal with!!!!  I have heard people say you shouldn't weigh every day, once a week should be good enough. in the end all we can do is follow our plans and keep a positive outlook!
