HI JB and weekend gang! Awwww JB hope you are feeling better! Your day plans sound awesome, take pics!!! Love Melissa McCarthy, one of our fav movies of her is "The Heat" with her and Sandra Bullock, its friggin hysterical!!!
Let's see for me today....I slept in oh I love sleeping in! Hubby is already at the Dealership with his truck, its getting all set & ready for our trip this Friday driving to Florida. Today is not very exciting, gotta do groceries, get dog food, get some supplies/WLS friendly snacks for the drive and haul out my suitcase and start putting in my shorts and sandals and all that!
I don't binge watch anything. I do have a few favourite shows and if I am home or not busy when they are on great, but nothing that I binge watch, not that I can remember... LOL

yes we are road trip savs (savages) and if we can drive somewhere we will. I am not a fan of flying, although I will fly I just DON'T LIKE IT so we pretty much drive everywhere for trips if feasible. We have driven to this place we stay at in Florida four other times in the month of February when it was super crappy weather, lots of snow & ice and did it in 22 hours. I figure with the good weather we can probably do this under 20 hours. We go all out and only stop for gas & pee breaks, yup you can call us wacko, we know we are! LOL LOL
So driving to Boston in July will be like a piece of cake!! LOL LOL

Damn that's a long trip! But so glad you can make it work (especially to Boston!). Where in FL are you staying?

Cocoa Beach, Florida. About 45 minutes outside of Orlando. Right beside Cape Canaveral. We have been renting a condo here for about 5 or 6 years now. Right on the beach. We just have to open our sliding glass doors of the condo walk a few hundred feet and will be in the ocean, CAN'T WAIT!
Just a quick post to say that it sounds like everyone had some fun things planned for today. JB, I hope your feeling better- the view from your run looks gorgeous. My hubby decided last minute to jump on the car and head to the beach for the day-perfect mid-70s weather and nice walk on the pier, beach and shops. My menu below looks odd for me since I'm posting from my phone.
Breakfast was a P3 turkey pack and pineapple quark "yogurt" (if you haven't tried them yet they are yummy!) Morning snack was 1/2 a pear and cheese stick. For lunch Em and I shared a tri-tip sandwich (minus the bread on my portion) and a few fries dipped on hubby's clam chowder. Afternoon snack was jerky and a cheese stick. Dinner was carnitas, black beans and cheese on a little bed of lettuce and some tortilla chips with salsa. Oh and of course a latte this morning and iced latte while walking on the beach. 1281 Cals, protein 114, carbs 98 and fat 48.
Hope you all had a great day!
