What is a Fit Frappe?

It is a brand of protein drink... actually a line of protein drinks put out by Big Train. I love the Mocha and the Chai...

It's a brand of shake I like. I need warm drinks in the morning and the Chai and Espresso flavors are really yummy, warm. They don't have the best nutritional stats in comparison to other protein drinks, but I've managed to make them work in my overall plan.

May have to give it a try TIA

DH and I took a nice little road trip yesterday whi*****luded several mini walks along the beach shore of Lake Ontario. Lots of sand and rocks!! We do not get shells here.

Went to bed at 6:30 last night with a power headache!! Then I woke up at 3 am this morning ready for the day.

I start a new job this week and would like to start adding walking into my routine.

Can I mention that I HATE BREAKFAST!!

Good Morning Everyone!

My daughter and I adopted a new dog from a shelter yesterday!  She is a golden retriever mix.  (Anyone have any ideas what else is in her?)  I'm thinking possibly German Shepherd?  She is smaller than a golden retriever or German Shepherd, though.  She is the SWEETEST, gentlest, most loving dog!  We adore her already!  Her shelter name is Blossom and we're going to call her Honey Blossom.  She is kind of shy, but she'll get over that soon.  She and Tippy get along great!

Always adopt from a shelter - never buy!  There are SO many loving dogs and cats of all breeds waiting for good homes!

My menu for today:

B:  scrambled egg

S:  string cheese stick

L:  Chicken breast w/ mashed potatoes & gravy

S:  Oikos greek yogurt

D:  Not sure yet

S:  string cheese stick

She has a sweet face...enjoy!

I forgot the QOTD!  My two favorite TV shows to watch with my daughter are Modern Family and The Middle.
