Forgot to respond to the Kombucha question. I have had it. I drank it a lot before surgery, and a few times after. I love it. My favorite is Spiced Apple from Dr. Brew. It is brewed, but does not have any alcohol in it. It is also lightly fizzy, but not much. A little sweet, but not sugary like pop. A bottle has around 80 calories. Enjoy!

Nice, thanks for the info. We have the local brewery and it was running a Groupon. I know I won't be having it on a regular basis, but my husband has gotten very into craft beers, and they brew a Kombucha beer with hops, so I thought we'd check it out. I'll let you guys know how it is. I know I could use the probiotics from the brew as well.
This is a link to their website, they are literally 10 minutes from my house.
Deanna - in that 2-3 yo pic you look like a living Doll. Really - I mean a Doll. Perfect eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, and hair. I am pretty sure I had a doll that looked exactly like this with the big blinking eyes and long wavy perfect hair. Unfortunately, I always gave them haircuts thinking it would grow back. All of your pics are fantastic. Been lurking for a long time -- really enjoy your posts a lot. You are all so helpful. God Bless AV for her weekday commitment and JB for the weekend and all the posters to all of the threads. Really appreciate you all!
Don't really have any pictures of me as a child. My parents divorced when I was five and my mom threw most of the pics away because my dad was in them. She wasn't bitter at all! And the divorce was probably the start of my love affair with food. Once I got to school I was bullied and teased because I only had a mom and food become comfort and love to me. It took some time with a therapist to figure all that out but it has helped with the mental struggles for sure. Really the only nickname I have is with my hubby who calls me "Slim". Post op 43.5 months aND weight at 121.2 today. Exercise will be 3.2 miles at the park with Lily and 30 minutes on the bike. Also perhaps a short after dinner walk. We had so much fun camping we are going again Sunday through Tuesday afternoon. We are going to the same place and reserved the same spot. Trying to get Lily acclimated before it starts being busier and noisier. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz strip steak 1/2 c broccoli S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices!
Good Morning! You're such a cutie!! Love your hat in the Disneyworld pic.
