- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Best turkey meatloaf recipe- Ina Garten, barefoot contessa. Google it. Promise the best. Only problem is her recipes will feed lots of people. So you have to down size it.

I drive a 2008 scion xD. I just quit my teaching job (effective at the end of the year), and I'm moving to Florida to pursue a Ph.D. at USF. So... my little car has to last at least another 4 years!
B: P3, cauliflower
L: 2 ham and pickle roll ups, cottage cheese, veggies with hummus if room
S: light and fit greek and fruit
D: sirloin steak and veggies of some sort
S: more steak or plain greek yogurt with slivered almonds and frozen cherries
E: Deep water aerobics
The goal for today is NO GRAZING!!!!!!!
Did you already share this about your PhD and I missed it?! That's ******g awesome! My SIL just got her PhD at U of F this past winter and she jokingly says we can call her Dr. Jodi now. LOL

Wow! What a big change! What will your PhD be in?
Also, grazing is probably my biggest eating problem. Let's promise to tell each other any insights we have as we strive to overcome this troubling tendency.
