What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Trader Joe's - it's basically chicken and cheese and some bread crumbs on a lollipop post - bake and DELISH!  The entire box (10 little lollipops) equals to 450 calories, 35 protein, 32 carbs.  Not the best numbers ever, but not the worst.  Sometimes I just want food that's WARM but quick to heat up.

OK, meat on a stick. Just say meat on a stick.

Tell a guy you have chicken parmesan lollipops, he'll wrinkle his nose and look at you as one would look at a favorite demented aunt. But tell him you have meat on a stick, and he'll think it's great.

Best turkey meatloaf recipe- Ina Garten, barefoot contessa. Google it. Promise the best. Only problem is her recipes will feed lots of people. So you have to down size it.

Oh yum - it looks good - it's somewhat similar to mine though I don't use thyme or Worcestire sauce or tomato paste.  Mine is turkey, egg, onion, spices, some bread crumbs, some ketchup and mustard.  I will have to try hers one day!  Thank you :)

I drive a 2008 scion xD.  I just quit my teaching job (effective at the end of the year), and I'm moving to Florida to pursue a Ph.D. at USF.  So... my little car has to last at least another 4 years!

Did you already share this about your PhD and I missed it?!  That's ******g awesome!  My SIL just got her PhD at U of F this past winter and she jokingly says we can call her Dr. Jodi now.  LOL

Wow!  What a big change!  What will your PhD be in?

Also, grazing is probably my biggest eating problem.  Let's promise to tell each other any insights we have as we strive to overcome this troubling tendency.
