I have a dog that likes rides and sheds.  My car is a disaster.  Full of hair, and since I drink so much water, there are always multiple water bottles in various stages of emptiness.  I need to make more of an effort, truly. . . It's embarrassing.

Polar opposite here. I have to keep it tidy. Drives my daughter crazy because IF I let her eat anything in it she has to clean up any crumbs and such.

Good Morning Everyone! 

QOTD:  I drive a 2008 blue Toyota RAV 4.  My daughter drives a maroon Chevy Tracker with the license plate "Chikadee" because that's my nickname for her.  My car just has a normal, boring license plate.  I haven't thought up a name for my car yet.  I haven't had it all that long.

Menu:

B:  scrambled egg & string cheese stickS:  Protein drink w/ almond milk

L:  Cottage cheese & some canned chicken w/ light mayo

S:  String cheese stick

D:  Roast beef & mashed potatoes w/ gravy

S:  Oikos greek yogurt

Calories:  785  Protein: 97 gr.

I drive a white Jeep Grand Cherokee. Love that car. Living alone, and my town plows my street in the winter like crap...I always want a 4-wheel drive. Girls gotta be able to go out.

Plans changed yesterday and I went out to dinner with my girl friend to a new local Mediterranean place that is set up like chipoltle. Pick your meat, pick - rice or salad- or flatbread-pick your hummus.  It was a ton of food for $10. Beautiful salad, had then put the greek sliced meat on the side. I did eat a pita.

Also made this recipe for a DIY Cinnamon Raisin Microwave English muffin. Then you toast it. Low carb and I liked it ....could easily be made into 2 muffins. Stats without raisins:  190 calories, 14g fat, 9g carb, 2g fiber, 9g protein. (from My fitness pal recipe calculator)
Microwave English Muffin   I tried a different recipe one time and totally didn't agree with my pouch. This was fine.

Also book tickets for my girlfriend to come and help me with my surgery again. Sends some prayers/good thoughts her way to finalize babysitting)

B: tea, Protein drink

L: tuna pouch (May be on road)

S: leftover salad, greek steak

D: Chicken to be determined

S: Microwave English w/butter

E: 22 min Hard Corp- resistance day. About to do!

I was thinking the same thing, i have everything I need to make that as well. I bookmarked the recipe, maybe I'll make it on Sunday morning.

Yum, that restaurant sounds fantastic.  I could eat my weight in hummas and baba ganoush.
