Melaleuca Vitamins
It will be a while before I have my surgery but I was wondering if anyone takes Melaleuca vitamins post op? I know they absorb differently and didn't know if they "work" for RNY patients. In all honesty I think they have the best vitamins on the market but I thought I read somewhere about their vitamins being time released. So that is what has me questioning them.
RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!

one cannot even access the site to check out what they have without opening an account. First red flag right there.
I'm already a customer and love their products but I don't harass anyone else. :) I was just wondering if anyone else was taking their vitamins post RNY.
Thank you.
if you can grab a screen shot of the ingredients and nutritional stats on the fits we might could tell you more.

I used to take them... they are wonderful vitamins for "normies" -- however, they are not good for post RNY. They do not use the right kind of calcium (carbonate), wrong magnesium (oxide), iron is mixed with calcium and is the wrong type.... Additionally, the ogliofructose compounding is too many carbs for me. The calcium/mineral supplement is the same.
me.
