Screwing up on the vitamins need help

So I have all my vitamins nicely in a huge weekly holder with 4 sections per day but never fail I take my first morning Pills and then I'm not getting to them until way to late in the day to space them out enough for the 2 hours needed between them. I would say this happens about 3 days a week. I try to set an alarm but sometimes I get busy and forget. Ok so I am at the end of the day with a multi vitamin and 2 calcium pills to take and about 3 hours to do it. My question is do you get in what you can for the day and just skip the rest or do you take what's left all at once and hope you get some benefit from them?

It is hard to say without knowing exactly what you are taking. I take my vitamins in Am and at night...I will never remember middle of the day....except calcium... The only thing I do is leave the calcium on my counter and as I walk buy it..I take it.

Can you set an alarm on your phone?

I take 2 multi, 3 500 mg calcium, b12, and D. I try to set the alarm and most days I'm successful but I just don't know what to do on the days I forget

I use an app on my Android phone (iPhone probably has something similar) called Medisafe.  I love this action required "nagger app".

In this scenario, you could take the multi and one calcium, and the other calcium 2 hours later. The only caveat would be that if there is iron in the multi, you won't absorb it. Most of us take iron separately from everything else for that reason.

Taking a ton of calcium at once is pretty pointless. You just won't absorb it.

Ok that was my thought maybe better to just take the multi and one Calcium if I am stuck at the end of the day and get the benefits from the multi with exception of the iron! Today I am setting the alarm to remind me I was just hoping by now it would be second nature but I guess I still need that alarm and to remember to set the alarm! I have multiple issues I guess going on!
