What does everyone try to keep their carb and calories at per day?

B:  Oikos Triple Zero yogurt and WW toast

L and D....no idea yet.????

QOTD:  I like the the words diatribe and buffoon. My husband uses the word diatribe all the time so you would think that word would annoy me but it doesn't, lol.

Personally, I shoot for at least 80 protein and try and keep my carbs under 50.

Thank you for the reply AV and Mellissa. That is inline with what my program stated ...60-80 grams carbs and limit carbs to 48 grams per day.

I try my best to stay below 50g of carbs and aim for 80 or higher for protein.

Word of the week has been 'majestic' due to my teenager jokingly saying that as my husband fumbled into a booth at a restaurant the other night.  He looked anything but 'majestic' so it was hilarious. I also enjoy 'rapscallion' and 'slattern' because no one knows you are being totally snarky when you use them.

B: Greek yogurt

L: 2 cups grapes and blueberries (I'm on a fruit kick lately)

S: Low fat cheese stick (I feel like I am now 40% cheese stick...hardly even human  anymore)

D: No clue, will be on the road to a camping vacation in Louisiana. (Planning on taking cheese sticks, yogurts, and fruit along because lately that is all I really eat)

Have a crazy happy wonderful day everyone!

PS. If there is a Facebook companion to OH could someone let me know what it is?
