What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
You better plan that dinner....because taking a teen jean shopping could send the day over the edge...hahahaha. Good Luck....

Think about how likely you were to have said that same thing a few years ago. Personally I never would have even imagined being these numbers on a scale...like under 200 seemed mystical. You are doing amazing!

Thanks! You are right, even when I lost weight on my own before I only lost down to 215. I NEVER EVER EVER thought I would be a normal BMI! My surgeon's goal for me was 209. My Doctor always said 160 would be a great weight for me. So my personal goal of 150 was something I made up in my head because it was in the "normal" BMI and a few pounds less than the top half of "normal"
I just worry that maybe my body doesn't want to be at 150, like I made up a crazy number that I will NEVER be able to reach. If that makes sense.
Having goals is awesome! Having things to beat yourself over the head with and ensure you feel like a failure...not so awesome. I always try to check to see which I have in my head before I get too far down the road.
