Two weeks out and exhausted.
Feeling exhausted was that way for me too. I felt like I always could just curl up under my desk and nap if given the option. At about 4 or 5 weeks I noticed one day that I was full of energy. Ever since I have been bouncing with energy and feeling great. Personally I drank lots of coffee prior to the surgery so I kind of think I was feeling withdraw from the caffeine. Once I was able to drink some morning java, life was good. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes - a 3 hour surgery will do that to you. Focus on protein first and fluids in. You will get all the anesthesia out of your system and feel better. I felt like a wet dishrag for several weeks.

Yes, I was so tired that first month that I would have my kids beat on my legs and back with their fists. It was helpful, I did walk the whole time though. 5 minutes at a time. It was slow at first, momentum will start soon.
You will be feeling much better in a short amount of time.
You had major suugery! And you haven't eaten much. It gets better, gradually, but takes a while.
Not drinking enough makes fatigue worse also. Drinking more helps a lot of things.
