Good morning,

Sitting here with my foot up on a box under desk, my baby toe is so swollen and black and blue and I only have my stupid self to blame.  Left my 8 lb weights out yesterday, stubbed my toe last night when I went to plug in my phone.  I'm sure it is broken (for the second time, first time was on my children's big old wooden bead maze about 15 years ago).  Brought my slippers to work today, good thing they are tolerant about that here, I won't do much walking around.

QOTD:  White Water Rafting for me, did it once with a group of friends about 25 years ago, that was quite enough for me!  Never Again!

Time since surgery: 11 + months

B:  1 Egg, 1 turkey sausge pattie

L:   Leftover chili

D:   ?  Did not take anything out, will probably stop at grocery store on way home.

S:   Dannon L&F Greek yogurt, babybel

Oh no--sorry about your toe :(

I actually love white water rafting! My friends and I used to rent a big van and go up to The Forks, ME every year for our annual weekend adventure. I haven't been in many years and I'd love to do it again!

the thought of hurting my little toe like that makes my balls hurt, and I don't actually have balls!  It's that cringy feeling that you get when something horrible happens.  I am so sorry you broke your toe, I hope it heals super fast!

QOTD- I did New Year's Even in NYC one year when I was in high school to watch the ball drop. Most disappointing experience of my life. The ball is perched way up high on top of some damn skyscraper and you can't get a good view from the street. People are drunk out of their mind and are throwing up all around you. They were even drinking and smoking on the trains into the city. And it miserably cold. It MUCH better to watch on TV.

I had a friend who worked in the building right above the ball. We went 2 years in a row. So fun--got to be there and experience it live but we were warm and not puked on :)

Excuse my ramblings today.

Now I need to go to the Family Dollar in town. THANKS A/V lol

Hmm what I would not do again. The first thing that did come to my mind was canoeing too. I HATE IT!! My dad would rock the stupid thing until we almost tipped.

Yesterday I had hand to mouth disease. My menu went to hell in a handbag. Pecans in roasted chick peas in popcorn in!! Thank goodness for NEW DAYS!!

I need to stay out of Trader Joes!! Brought home some edamame that I can not keep my hands out of. I also found some Laughing Cow Wedges in Asiago flavor....very tasty. Why did I bring refridgerated lentils and frozen quinoa home? I also left in the freezer case individual steel cut oats!!

I need size 8 shorts anyone have any??

What I have planned today.....

Bkft The Infamous Chicken Salad last of it (thank goodness)

Lunch Chicken wrapped with a little bacon broiled into little bites and edamame

Dinner Not sure might be TJ Tuna Patty w. Cheese Tomato

Snacks Greek Yogurt of Some Sort, Laughing Cow Asiago and Cucumber
