What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning,
Sitting here with my foot up on a box under desk, my baby toe is so swollen and black and blue and I only have my stupid self to blame. Left my 8 lb weights out yesterday, stubbed my toe last night when I went to plug in my phone. I'm sure it is broken (for the second time, first time was on my children's big old wooden bead maze about 15 years ago). Brought my slippers to work today, good thing they are tolerant about that here, I won't do much walking around.

Oh no--sorry about your toe :(
I actually love white water rafting! My friends and I used to rent a big van and go up to The Forks, ME every year for our annual weekend adventure. I haven't been in many years and I'd love to do it again!

QOTD- I did New Year's Even in NYC one year when I was in high school to watch the ball drop. Most disappointing experience of my life. The ball is perched way up high on top of some damn skyscraper and you can't get a good view from the street. People are drunk out of their mind and are throwing up all around you. They were even drinking and smoking on the trains into the city. And it miserably cold. It MUCH better to watch on TV.

I had a friend who worked in the building right above the ball. We went 2 years in a row. So fun--got to be there and experience it live but we were warm and not puked on :)
