Eggs of any kind make me super sick!
I hate eggs now, evidently. I've tried them for several weeks now off and on and I'd rather eat the dogs dinner than than eggs made any way. I used to love them, now I can't even smell them or I'll dry heave. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm also having trouble eating meat products. It is awful. I just ordered some Unjury unflavored protein powder, but I'm scared that's going to make me sick too. Ugh! Help! Please.
Its still early for you, when ever something bothers you let it go for a few week and try again. Initially mayonnaise did a number on me- I can eat it now in small quantities. Fried eggs made me queasy too, so I just go with scrambled/boiled. How do you prepare you eggs?, I learned that the fats (butter, oil in mayo) was the underlying common denominator that was causing the issue.

I am almost 4 months out and can not stand eggs either. Our body changes and what we may have liked prior to surgery we may not like any more. you are still pretty early out, have you tried fried eggs, if i have to those are tolerable but scrambled is out of the question. I can not even tolerate the egg bites :( i miss my eggs
My list is eggs and anything that contains hamburger meat.
Good luck on your journey
So it may be a phase? Good because this pukey part is driving me bonkers. I'll keep y'all posted on the on the Unjury for those of you who haven't tried it, I sure hope it hides well in applesauce, because that is all I can stand at this point. Ugh! Oh and cheese, but cheese sauce and tortilla chips are a moot point. LOL! Thanks for all the support!
Don't eat them if they are making you pukey. You brain has a very strong desire for you not to puke so you can develop a permanent aversion to food. A small McDonald's hamburger comes to mind for me.
It's really hard at first. Try moist. Keep drinking your fluids. I will tell you that all these years out one boiled egg can keep me full for hours.
20 months post op and eggs are iffy for me. Some days they are easy, some days an egg can sit like a rock in my stomach.

When I first started out eggs and I were not friends. I can not stand scrambled eggs. I am 6 months out and can eat egg salad, deviled eggs, hard boiled eggs and sunny side up eggs. I found that if I cook my egg in a little salsa that the egg remains soft.
But I can give or take eggs they are really not my fav.
