I know exactly how you feel. I fractured my foot last month and was put on bed rest for three weeks. I didn't adjust my food intake and had a bit of weight gain as well. I found exercises on Youtube for people on bed rest and have restricted my diet until I can move again. You can do it!

Hi there, this is so hard maintenance that is. I just quit smoking 1 month ago today and I too have gained 10 lbs and am beating myself up. One addiction for another. Snacking vs Smoking. No winners here for sure. Trying to reel it back in. Have to do it it's just so hard. Hopefully we can get back on track and I too have a weakness for my cookies! All the best Nance
