has anyone NOT had trouble with each food they try?
I know it cant be me only. Every stage i move through, everything i try is just fine. Soft foods, cheese, ricotta, pate, eggs, (scrambled, soft boiled, chopped hard boiled) tuna (fork-mashed) , shredded chicken, turkey slice, ham slice, baked salmon, smoked salmon, tuna sashimi
nothing. nothing bothers me at all. I make sure its not too dry, nor too big a bite.
I am losing a pound every two and a half days, I am okay with that progress, i know i must have had the operation, since i cant feel anything (i know i sound like a broken record)
I see where so many people have problems moving from stage to stage and i feel like i am in the minority, or i am doing something wrong.
almost 4 weeks post op.

It's not just you. I almost felt guilty because I had so few problems with food. My whole time since surgery, I have only hurled once, and it was really moist roast beef, so I'm sure it was a fluke thing. Probably eating too fast. That was close to a year ago.
Plus, remember that with anything online, people are more likely to post and write about things that are going wrong, rather than things that are going well.

I never had issues moving from stage to stage either. I do get foamies but it is always a matter of meeting eating too much or too fast - nothing inexplicable about it! The only two things that make me projectile vomit (and I was well over a year post op before even trying them) are falafel, and the rice in a sushi roll. Never again! I think it's more normal than not to not have major food issues, and you are eating the right proteins for your pouch, so keep it going :)
