Help- with foamies??
When I have the "foamies" - I have liquids the rest of the day. I drink liquid protein, hot or cold, from powder or ready to drink - to give my grouchy pouch a rest. I also drink water and tea (hot or cold).
In my experience - if I try to eat whole food after the foamies, it will happen again and I get nauseated for a few hours - so I give it a rest.
Usually, the next day I'm fine and can eat my regular food.
Just what works for me.

I had a similar feeling the other day. I ate dinner, dense meat, then about 40 minutes later i started to drink. I got that stuck feeling quickly, and I just assumed it was the liquids pushing the food in my pouch. I didn't get nauseated or gaggy, but I did have that uuugggh feeling you get when you overdo it. It passed rather quickly, so I am assuming the food moved on.
