Hair supplements

My doc's suggestion was that omega-3's really help with hair loss in addition to biotin which others have mentioned and then I read somewhere zinc is a good one too. Can't cite a source for that though.
I take omega-3 fish oil liquid from the vitamin shoppe which has 1500 mg Omega 3's per 1 tsp serving. The taste is terrible and nauseating at first but with time I've gotten used to it. It's one sip and it's done. Whereas with pills, to get that dose you'd have to take multiple pills...

It falls out. It will come back. I got a good haircut when mine was falling out a lot and making a mess.
My hairstylist is going to give me a hair strengthner and I'm going to try a shampoo called nioxin. Hopefully this will help too.
