What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD : I usually file my taxes later because I'm held up every year by a really neat tax form called a K1, and they don't go out from the accountant til the end of March. Generally, I owe the tax man, so it's not a big deal. This year was different because I moved from Portland to Reno for my job ::sigh:: and I got a hefty write off because of it.
B: egg salad
L: mushy chicken and basil
D: maybe a protein shake
S: buffalo mozzarella
Good morning everyone! I have been MIA since the meat/critter challenge. I love reading everyone's menus, but then I don't have much time to respond. I read on here weeks ago about edamame pasta which I have added to my pantry. I can now eat spaghetti again! Yay! We had Chinese food for dinner last night. I just can't eat it like before. I don't know if I tend to eat it too quickly or what, but it kind of sits like lead on my chest. I didn't eat much and had a protein shake about an hour later.
qotd:--We always file our taxes pretty early. We've only had to pay once or twice, but then we waited until April 15th to pay it. No sense in the IRS having my money any earlier than need be.
B: Protein shake w/Fairlife Milk (also read about that on here!)
L: not sure
D: Pulled pork that's in my crock pot right now--Yum!

QOTD: haven't filed yet, waiting on a corrected healthcare form so I can file. Usually am an early filer so this year is much different
yesterday I had my first experience with the foamies and vomiting with terrible chest pain. Lasted four hours before it finally passed. I will be avoiding the offending food for a looooong time and making sure I am chewing properly. I guess I still haven't gotten the whole chewing thing down (I'm a dumbass apparently). Anyway today's menu is back to basics to allow me to get over yesterday's debacle.

taxes...Mine aren't done either. My neighbor is an accountant and does mine for many years. Started after my Dad died, and I had weird stuff to file with his estate and such. He tells me Tax Day this year is actually April 18th. Soooooo plenty of time....no worries. Whether I owe or not is always up for grabs...we will see.
Got back from my weekend away...yay, somewhat derailed, but pulled myself together on Saturday while still there. Hard to sit down to these huge family style meals 3x a day and not partake or partake little.... Did my exercise this AM and back to the usual.
Did discover those tuna pouched aren't bad. Had bought a Garlic and herb one, didn't taste too garlicy or anything and it was good, and moist. Was expecting it to be horrible...so something new I can carry with me with a plastic fork for eating on the run. 110calories and 16g protein, so not bad at all.
B: tea, Latte protein drink
L: 2 eggs, bacon
S: salami and cheese
D: turkey sausage, greek mix- spinach, tomato, feta, olives, sauteed
S; Premier protein, hot
E: 21-day-fix modified and 10min cardio from 22 min hard corps (tony Horton) Cleared for full exercise tomorrow so starting this 22 min Hard Corp from Beach Body with Tony Horton. 3 weeks until next surgery...so switching it up. It has cardio days and resistance days.

Here's one I made that is protein powder, egg and water... Protein Pancakes I did not use the psyllium Husks...can't remember if I subbed anything, probably not.

Good afternoon! Today's meal plan looks like I plagiarized from Grim: ham, ham, ham, and for a snack, probably ham - or perhaps a hard boiled egg for variety. I do have a lot of ham on hand, and will have to portion and freeze much of it tomorrow.
The all critters food plan is still working well for me in terms of satiety. It's much easier to distract myself from head hunger when i'm not experiencing actual stomach hunger!
Taxes - all the paperwork is ready, I just have to fill out the forms and efile. I always do my own taxes, but they're a little more complicated this year due to moving to another province mid year, medical deductions, and self-employment income. I usually file a few days before the deadline (end of April in Canada) and hope to break even this year.
My followers are becoming legion!
