Good Morning! Sorry for the late post. I am usually a very early riser but I had a pretty tiring week, so I had my first glorious lazy Saturday morning in a very long time. This is what weekends should always be!

QOTD: What's your sign? I am a LEO and pretty much constantly told that it fits my personality, perfectly. Which is guess means I am kind of bossy. But I am good with it. Last weekend when I did my painting project, I made a constellation of Leo in watercolor and gold-leaf that I want to eventually frame.

Today's meal plan is a little vague. I am heading out with Grim and another friend, to see a Revolutionary War reenactment, and we haven't decided on exactly how lunch is happening. My gut tells me that there'll be protein forward snacks until a later lunch. Then some kind of a meat-based dinner? I really need to start planning better, especially since that's the whole point of this thread... But here is what I know:

B: Fit Frappe Espresso Coffee & egg

S: almonds? cheese sticks? meat sticks? not sure...

L: yeah, still not sure...

D: Meat! I have leftover fish, steak and ham--they are all contenders!

Good morning. I was up at 6:30 with a basset hounds stalking me. Just sitting on the floor staring me down.

I was hoping to sleep in till at least 7. I did get up and fed them and went for my three mile walk. I was lucky it didn't start to rain and sleet till I was almost done. It is funny the weird looks you get from people when you walk in the rain.

QOTD I am a Cancer I was born on July 21 some horoscopes say I am a Leo. I have a crab tattoo on me. I have it since I like the beach so much.

B:2 24oz coffees  egg white omelet

L:Hot dog for some reason I want one

D:Steak

S:Cheese stick/protein bar

It is great that you and Grim are able to meet up. Make sure you take some more pictures.

Enjoy the day

I have been craving hot dogs, too! I like mine with ketchup (yes, I know this is a huge faux pas, but there it is) and since I can't have that it's kind of deterred me.

H.a.l.a.,

You are speaking my language! I  ketchup, but I've stayed away since surgery because it's usually a sugary nightmare. Once I get over this stall of sorts I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the tip!

The reduce sugar ketchup has 1gr of sugar per TBS from tomatoes. It is sweeten with splenda.  No sugar added.

It is "franken" food...but really good... Even now -8 years post op I can only eat 1-2 TBS at most. Taste like the real thing. IMO. And helps the meat to go down easy.

Btw- most hsm have 1-2gr or more of sugar per serving. I use it with homemade pork roast, or even make my own barbecue sauce...

Morning JB! Lazy Saturday? I don't see it. I'll bet you were busier than you think.

I'm a Gemini. But I'm not sure what that means. I hope I don't have a twin out there somewhere.

Leftover ribeye for breakfast. No clue after that. Meat is a good bet. And there are always emergency Quest bars.
