A friend of mine just got back from Alaska, and they have ultra powered pepper spray (with a 35 ft range) designed specifically for bears called "bear spray". I don't know why I find it so amusing. Bear Spray
AV- show of that new seolf of yours with pride. it wasnt easy to get to where you are and you deserve every "WOW, you look great" and receive each compliment.I noticed in the south, if you compliment an older lady, southern belle, she answers with "arent you sweet", deflecting a bit and making the complimenter happy. I have tried it a couple times. If you get tired of saying Thank you, try that!
And- feel all your emotions- there are no rules on grieving.

D- first dinner out!!! at a Fundraiser for the school. ordered salmon. fingers crossed its done medium and not well, so its not dry.
Hubs and daughter are heading out to a camp out this weekend. i am on my own... to prep for their dual birthday on Sunday. one is 48, one is 8.

Hey Shauna, good luck with your dinner tonight at the fundraiser. I ate lots of baked salmon when I newly post op, I personally love lemon on my fish so I made sure had lots of lemon on hand to keep it moist. Bring a string cheese. premier protein or something in your purse in case the salmon looks iffy, but good luck!
Hope your dual birthday celebrations on Sunday are great. Good weekend to catch up on rest and relax while you can!
