Good Morning Kristen & co. Totally normal to wonder how people will see the new you. I saw old friends last night and there was a gasp from at least one person. It's weird. I hope it goes well, despite the super sad cir****tances.

I am so ready for this weekend to staaaaart! 

B: Protein coffee and regular coffee (caffeinated, day 2)

S: almonds and cheese stick

L: Greek yogurt

S: protein bar

D: leftovers (I have so many!)

Ha!! I'm acting principal at one of my schools today, so...evil! Watch out kiddos--I'm tired, cranky and caffeinated.

You know what? I am going back off of the caffeine. I like the high, but I don't like the crash.

It is not wrong to want to show off the new you.  I am almost giddy that this year is my 20th High School reunion because most people haven't seen me since our 5 year and I was big then.  You have worked hard for the new you and these are your peeps.  Enjoy the compliments, it may be the only enjoyable part of the weekend.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your friends.

Totals: Calories 1437 (Good god! something may get axed), Protein 103, Carbs 122, Fat 69
